Two-day Critical Analysis Inspection

 

Our two day audit service is carried out by an experienced consultant, in a similar theme to that of a CQC regulator.

We talk to staff, service users and visitors, and both staff and service user records are reviewed.

 

Training records, quality assurance records, CQC notifications, health and safety records and complaints are surveyed within the audit. Five of the Regulations, outcomes and essential standards are looked at in detail and tested against documentation and verbal feedback.

 

Our final report includes a detailed action plan and development plan to help you meet and maintain compliance with the Essential Standards.

Quality Assurance

 

Our robust recruitment process ensures that our staff our suitably experienced and qualified to carry out their assignments.  We work closely with our providers and send out regular feedback forms whilst our staff are on placements.

 

Should you have the misfortune to feel that our service has been suboptimal, we would be very grateful if you would let us know by email, phone or in writing. We are always appreciative of feedback and have a concern and complaints policy on display in our main office.

 

All concerns or complaints are investigated sensitively and a copy of the outcome is  made available to the provider.

 

The complaints file is reviewed monthly by Carolyn Jolliffe, Managing Director, Christchurch Care.
