Christchurch Care is run by a Dorset family, who all have backgrounds in social care or nursing. We are an established business providing bespoke quality care, with a ten year “Good” rating by the Care Quality Commission. Our staff wear a distinctive uniform and carry an identification badge. Every team member is subject to DBS (police) checks and the provision of two positive references.  Christchurch Care provides a tailored induction course which meets the needs of each employee and the clients they will support. Our staff are encouraged to develop their careers in care and we pride ourselves on the longevity of service from some of our more senior management team, who have worked with us for ten years. 

Our aim is to provide flexible recruitment packages of a professional standard to local health care providers. Our “on call” services ensures your needs are met promptly, 07.00-22.00hrs seven days per week.

Induction courses are bespoke to meet the needs of each employee role. Staff undertake training in safeguarding, emergency first aid awareness, infection control, health and safety, moving and handling and basic food safety awareness.
