Christchurch Care provides home care services for individuals in their own homes in Dorset and Hampshire.  We also operate as a recruitment agency, supporting care homes, national charities, supported living and other social care environments, with temporary and permanent staff.

Christchurch Care is a family run specialist agency supporting care homes, national charities, supported living and other healthcare environments with temporary staff, often at very short notice. Our main office is based in Christchurch but we are happy to support our staff placements throughout the South West region. Christchurch Care are able to provide staff both on a short term and long term basis.



Our aim is to provide flexible recruitment packages of a professional standard to local health care providers. Our on-call service ensures your needs are met promptly, 07.00-22.00hrs seven days per week. All Christchurch Care agency workers wear a distinctive uniform and carry an identification badge.


Our staff assignments are subject to DBS checks and provision of two positive references. Induction courses are bespoke to meet the needs of each employee role. Staff undertake training in safeguarding, emergency first aid awareness, infection control, health and safety, moving and handling and basic food safety awareness to meet the needs of the individuals we are supporting.

Christchurch Care service provision is subject to our terms and conditions. We will require email confirmation from new providers that they are in receipt of our terms and conditions. Our bespoke housekeeping, catering and maintenance assignments are subject to a letter of agreement.


We are always grateful for feedback and have a concern and complaints policy on display in our main office.

Christchurch Care is an award-winning family-run Home Care service supporting individuals in their own homes.  The main office is based in Christchurch and covers areas from Bournemouth to New Milton, including the surrounding New Forest.  


Clients looking for extended visits in Poole and Lymington areas can also be supported.   Our Winchester branch will be opened on 3 March 2025 and will serve clients in Winchester and Romsey surrounding areas


We offer complimentary assessments of care needs to support adults over the age of 18 without obligation to proceed with commencing a package of care. 


We offer visits from half an hour per week and extended daily visits to provide round the clock care.  The night team provide waking night shifts and sleep-in shifts.  We also support live-in care.

Christchurch Care is run by a Dorset family, who all have backgrounds in social care or nursing. We are an established business providing bespoke quality care, with a ten year “Good” rating by the Care Quality Commission. Our staff wear a distinctive uniform and carry an identification badge. Every team member is subject to DBS (police) checks and the provision of two positive references.  Christchurch Care provides a tailored induction course which meets the needs of each employee and the clients they will support. Our staff are encouraged to develop their careers in care and we pride ourselves on the longevity of service from some of our more senior management team, who have worked with us for ten years.
