Just wanted to say I played badminton with a relative of a new client. They are very pleased with the care she has received and the fact that Kelly spotted the fact that B has cellulitis and got an appointment with the GP. Previous to this, the family feel they have been fobbed off by the GP. They are very grateful for Kelly and her persistence.

Hi Kelly, I am sure we will be in touch again soon but from me and my family thank you so much for treating Dad with dignity and befriending him to make him feel safe and comfortable. Thank you also for all the extra efforts you went through to get both mum and dad the best available support. You have such a tough job. I received a beautiful card from MWs daughter. The heartfelt words in the card deeply touched me, and though I didn’t think I would need the handkerchief you gave me, certainly came in handy as I became quite emotional reading their message.

It brought me so much joy and fulfilment to know that the care and sincerity I put into my work has had such an impact on Ms’ family. Their kindness and appreciation mean the world to me, and moments like these remind me how grateful I am to be in this role. I wanted to express my gratitude to Christchurch Care as well for the opportunity to serve families like Ms’ and to share this moment with you.

Just a quick message to say thank you for the work you have been doing with Adult Social Care, and especially for agreeing a rate with them, which means Mum and Dad can carry on having Christchurch Care for their daily visits once Social Care start funding their care. Mum and Dad love seeing your carers and going out with them.

Just some feedback, but my relative thinks VN is really good and he enjoys his visits.

He is very organised, polite and caring. My relative enjoys chatting to him.

My relative is happy to have more visits from him.

Thank you so much for looking after my father so well while I was away on holiday. I was so grateful that you kept me updated and that you were keeping a close eye on him. 

Despite him briefly being unwell I managed to completely relax and had a lovely time. It has given me the confidence to do it again, I have difficulty letting go, but now I know I can do it.

Christchurch Care has looked after my parents over the last 7 years. Initially, as my parents were reluctant to accept help, they came in and built trust until both of them were happy for the support.

Amazing company take time to learn about their clients and have and have an active approach during their visits.  Very thankful for their services. Thank you
